Il Bar Coffeehouse & Bistro is looking for enthusiastic Baristas to join our family-focused, community-driven team in Kimberly, WI! Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, charismatic, creative, and hardworking. We offer excellent training and plenty of opportunities to grow within our expanding local brand.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages with care and consistency
Operate the Point-of-Sale system for orders, gift cards, and transactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
Follow all health, sanitation, and safety guidelines
Engage warmly and professionally with guests-while having fun doing it!
New perk: We'll cover the cost of your one-year bartender license, as we now serve wine, mimosas, and wine cocktails

Qualifications

Previous barista or café experience preferred
Excellent communication and listening skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and high personal integrity
Creative spirit-artistry and innovation are encouraged in both drinks and atmosphere
