Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to address the unique goals and circumstances of each client.

• Provide individual, family, couples, and group counseling services, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients, which may include coordination with psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, case reviews, and professional development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge within the field.

The clients you will work with at We Care encompass a diverse demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clientele often presents issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use disorders, and significant life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
