This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program.The Logistics Manager 3 is responsible for executing domestic transportation policy, carriers, and logistics optimization strategies for SDS as well as warehouse management. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.You’ll Bring These Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of relevant transportation, logistics, or relevant experience OR Master's Degree and 6+ years of relevant transportation, logistics, or relevant experience. Four additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.Ability to obtain and maintain DOD secret clearance and special program access.3+ years of experience managing one or more Supply Chain functions These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:Demonstrated history in the standup of a related organizationMaster’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Systems Engineering or Business RelatedProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationPrevious experience working with CPLM, SAP, Costpoint, SRM, and AribaKnowledge within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain cyclePrevious experience working with electronic component and/or raw material suppliersRelated professional certification (ie. CLTD)Strong oral and written communicationStrong problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to prepare and analyze data and figuresAbility to provide direction to determine priorities to achieve goalAbility to comprehend and analyze complex problems and develop solutionsAbility to collaborate in a team environment#SentinellogPrimary Level Salary Range: $125,300.00 - $187,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
