The successful candidate:

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM, with a rotating on-call schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

Professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for:

• Patient assessment relative to the performance of Nuclear Medicine and PET procedures.
• Promotion of radiation safety.
• Demonstration of safe and effective patient care.
• Preparation of radiopharmaceuticals and the performance of scanning procedures for both inpatients and outpatients, working under the direct supervision of a Board-Certified Radiologist.
• Preparation and administration of therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and microspheres under the direction of a Board-Certified Radiologist.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved School of Nuclear Medicine.
• A.R.R.T. registry in Nuclear Medicine or N.M.T.C.B. registry.
• Licensed in the State of Illinois.
• BCLS CPR Certification.
