Commercial Paint Project Manager/Estimator

I am working with a well-respected, firmly established Commercial Paint Contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a quickly growing team of dedicated professionals.

I am looking for a sales-minded leader in the Commercial Paint industry ready to manage a motivated team. Commercial Paint Project Manager OR Estimator experience required. If you have the right background and are self-motivated, I would love to speak with you about this position in more detail.

Job duties and responsibilities include:

• Promote company services to general contractors and property managers
• Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects exceeding $500K
• Provide leadership to project teams
• Be a hands-on and reliable leader

Position qualifications include:

• 5+ years as a commercial paint estimator with a union paint subcontractor
• Ability to understand and present products and services
• Planswift or similar software proficiency
• Specific experience in commercial painting required
• Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
