Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to effectively assist customers.
• Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and organized.
• Perform regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Uphold store cleanliness and organization standards throughout the shift.

Skills

• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
• Ability to stock merchandise efficiently while maintaining an organized workspace.
• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
