Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and complex laboratory tests on patient samples.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results to healthcare providers.
- Adhere to safety and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret lab results and support patient care.
Qualifications:
- Certification: ASCP or equivalent certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT).
- Experience: Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Proficient in laboratory techniques, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
