As a Restoration Technician, you're the person on-site making a bad day better — extracting water, setting equipment, and getting people back to normal. No restoration experience? That's fine. We'll train you. We're hiring for work ethic and attitude — the technical skills we can teach.What you'll do:Respond to water, fire, smoke, and mold jobs and start mitigation to IICRC standardsSet and monitor drying equipment, and keep our gear clean, stocked, and ready to rollWalk customers through the scope of work and handle the paperwork that goes with itManage your schedule so jobs get done on timeCross-train into related skills as you growWhat we're looking for:A valid driver's license and a clean driving recordAbility to pass a background check and drug screenAble to lift and move up to 100 lbs and be on your feetReliable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-moving daySolid communication with customers and teammatesBasic computer skillsThe real deal:This is physical, hands-on work.
