Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapy Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Administering outpatient therapy services to patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries and those managing chronic pain.
• Treating individuals with mobility impairments, pain, and dysfunction, while emphasizing injury prevention and wellness.
• Creating and implementing personalized care plans focused on enhancing strength, improving mobility, and reducing pain.
• Engaging in one-on-one therapy sessions aimed at achieving patient-centered outcomes and maximizing recovery.
• Delivering therapy in various settings, such as homes, parks, and fitness centers, creating functional and relevant treatment experiences.

You will primarily work with a diverse population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, older adults seeking to maintain their mobility, and patients managing chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• A valid Physical Therapist Assistant state license in California.

Compensation and Benefits
