Responsible for configuration, installation and testing of file/print/application servers.Supports Department Activities - Maintains inventory. Maintains spare parts inventory for servers and maintains server integrity with Service Packs, Security Updates, and ROM upgrades as required.Supports Department Activities - Maintains user account. Assists Server Manager with creation, maintenance and support of Enterprise user account and group information and security and integrity of the network, employing standardized Network Management Tools and software.Supports Department Activities - Maintains server systems. Oversees installation, configuration, and maintenance of server systems and administration workstations. Responsible for Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Virtual Infrastructure and creation of user account.Supports Department Activities - Procedures and controls. Establishes and maintains appropriate procedures and controls to ensure timely completion of all required network and support functions.Supports Department Activities - Keeps management informed. Keeps management informed and provides routine reports on functional areas and coordinates with other departments, physicians, research and outside vendors to assure appropriate scheduling of jobs and preventative maintenance.Supports Department Activities - Oversees documentation. Oversees documentation, records and reports for functional areas as well as change management logs.Achieves Professional & Business Objectives - Seeks development. Certifications/Licensure required Professional IT certifications (i.e. Microsoft, Amazon, Vmware)Skills required:Knowledge of physical and virtual systems, Microsoft Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and any two-factor authentication tools and applications. Knowledge of PowerShell or Python scripting tools. Knowledge of networking protocols and information security. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and any other Microsoft applications and tools. Knowledge of modern storage systems (SAN, NAS) on-prem and/or cloud-based.
