Requirements CVT Surgeon for Ogden Regional Must have UTAH license and UTAH DEA in hand upon presentation. PAWS is 122005 from 6-14-26 to 9-30-26 is routing for signatures I have COO approval to move forward with these dates. PAWS for 12-1-26 to 124302 from 12-1-26 to 2-28-07 is routing for signatures I have COO approval to move forward with these dates. *****We are looking for coverage for these specific dates only. Please do not present candidates that cannot cover these dates***** September 18-25 December 28-Jan 3 old position #533730 and 593174 and 679114 and 693756 and 716327 and 733138 and 736438 and 807043 and 830218 and 847878 and 876794 and 923889 and 947072 and 984502 CVT call coverage for Ogden Regional Medical Center. This would be call coverage only during this time and no clinic coverage. This is a level II trauma center and we need someone that can also do thoracic surgery and well as cardiovascular component. 24 hour call coverage Physician Must be Board Certified and Board Eligible Patient load is approximately 10-12 patients per week. Approx 3-5 consults for 7 days and 1-3 surgeries per week…usually 1 cardiac and 2-3 thoracic cases. Practice does about 80 hearts per year. Support Staff: Practice has 1 APP 1 MA 1 MOS 1 RN Meditech is the EMR Provider will need to do cases alone and has no NP assist. We have a vein harvest team that is provided by the hospital. We have a NP that can assist Monday-Thursday from 8-5 she does not take call evenings or weekends as long as she isn't off on planned PTO. If it is outside this realm the on-call provider is responsible for rounding on patients.
