Acquisitions & Investment Mgmt - 2028 Summer Analyst 227 Washington St, Conshohocken, PA 19428, USA Job Description Posted Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 4:00 AM Job Description: Morgan Properties is seeking a Summer Analyst to join the Acquisitions and Capital Markets team for the Summer of 2028 . The Summer Analyst will shadow members of the investment team in their daily work and attend weekly pipeline meetings as well as assist in evaluating new investment opportunities and managing current assets under management. Interns are paired up with mentors who provide coaching and feedback to help interns learn investing skills through every stage of the investment cycle. The internship concludes with a final project in which interns evaluate an investment opportunity individually and present to Investment Committee. This internship offers an opportunity for a strong candidate to gain immediate deal experience and exposure to a world-class network of investment professionals. Eligibility: Undergraduate students graduating between May 2029 and December 2029.
