Learning Operations Manager

Leading the Learning Enablement and Operations Team, the full-time Learning Operations Manager will oversee systems, governance, processes, and learning solutions to enhance enterprise learning, leadership development, and compliance training in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead governance and knowledge enablement practices to ensure access to accurate information and development resources Optimize learning operations processes and the learning technology ecosystem to improve efficiency and alignment with business priorities Coach and develop a high-performing team while managing resource allocation and stakeholder partnerships to ensure effective learning solutions Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in leading and developing learning, instructional design, or compliance professionals 7+ years of experience in corporate learning and development with expertise in instructional design and learning operations Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred Hands-on experience with enterprise learning technology ecosystems and familiarity with content development tools Experience in implementing learning measurement practices to evaluate effectiveness and communicate business impact
