Overview The Teller is accountable for exceptional service when processing customer transactions at branch locations. Tellers work with FNBO customers with a friendly, positive attitude; they must take pride in their work and be committed to a common set of values outlined in the FNBO Operating Philosophy. What will you be doing? As a Teller you will process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, make the right decisions for our customers, and contribute to a team culture. You will receive training and participate in development activities to grow your bank‑related skills. Qualifications High school diploma or GED Excellent interpersonal communication skills Desire to meet the financial needs of our customers and community Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds (desired) Previous cash handling experience (desired) Previous Teller experience (desired) Demonstrated customer service skills (desired) Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills (desired) Bilingual in Spanish (desired) Compensation and Benefits Starting pay for Teller positions is $19 per hour, with final compensation offer based on experience, education, and skill level.
