The Spa Attendant ensures treatment rooms, relaxation areas, locker rooms, and guest amenities are impeccably prepared throughout the day. This role combines behind-the-scenes organization with warm, discreet guest service. Responsibilities Prepare, clean, and reset treatment rooms. Maintain immaculate spa, locker room, and relaxation areas. Stock robes, towels, linens, refreshments, and guest amenities. Assist with spa laundry and inventory. Support therapists and estheticians with daily operational needs. Anticipate guest needs and respond with warmth and discretion. Complete opening and closing procedures. Follow all sanitation, safety, and Forbes service standards. Qualifications Previous luxury hospitality, spa, housekeeping, or guest-service experience preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness. Warm, professional, and discreet demeanor. Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently. Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, push carts, and lift up to 30 pounds.
