Inside B2B Sales Representative - DME/HME Dealer Accounts (Uncapped Commission, Path to Sales Leader

Climbing Steps, Inc. designs and sells mobility and patient-handling equipment under three brands: Mobile Stairlift, Mobile Patient Lift, and VoltStair. You will spend most of your day calling DME and HME providers, selling to owners and buyers, and negotiating deals. This is not order-taking. If you want to be rewarded for how much you sell, this is that role.This is also a leadership track. We want someone who starts as a top individual seller and grows into running the team as the channel scales.What You'll DoMake high-volume outbound calls to DME/HME providers, dealers, distributors, and wholesalersOpen new accounts and grow existing ones through expanded product mix and reordersBuild a sales strategy for your territory and work it against clear targetsNegotiate pricing, terms, and programs that win deals and protect marginHandle dealer objections on reimbursement, margin, inventory risk, and competing brandsRe-engage dormant accounts and find new revenue in the ones we already haveRun your full pipeline and forecast in HubSpot, and use it to drive resultsHelp shape the playbook, scripts, and process the team will use as it growsOccasionally attend trade shows or visit key accountsWhat You BringProven B2B sales experience in DME/HME, selling to providers who bill Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
