The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the scheduling and assignment of nursing personnel and patient placement. Maintains database for regulatory agency compliance, productivity and serves as a resource for At Staff Scheduling and Kronos and Workforce Dimensions payroll systems. In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: High School Diploma/G.E.D. Required 2 years clerical, staffing, or patient placement experience, required. Experience in a health care setting, preferred. Good PR/communication skills. Good organizational skills. Medical terminology. Understanding of different levels of care and staffing to meet patient care needs.
