What You’ll Do: Originate and manage SBA 7(a), 504 & Express loans Build relationships with small businesses, CPAs, attorneys, and community partners Analyze financials, structure loan packages, and guide deals from application to closing Represent the bank at business and community events Support financial inclusion and economic empowerment initiatives What We’re Looking For: 3–7 years of SBA lending experience Strong knowledge of SBA SOPs and eligibility requirements Proven business development and relationship-building skills Strong credit analysis and financial acumen Passion for supporting underserved and minority-owned businesses #J-18808-Ljbffr
