As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff. Key Responsibilities of a Housekeeper Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in resident rooms, common areas, and office spaces. Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and handrails to prevent the spread of germs. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with facility protocols. Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and personal clothing items. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. Participate in training programs on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and infection control measures.
