Senior Demand Generation Manager About the Role We are seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to build and lead a global, revenue-focused demand generation engine. This role owns demand strategy from pipeline planning and integrated campaigns through performance measurement, sales intelligence, partner marketing, and AI-enabled marketing operations. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. You will lead through influence, partnering closely with Content, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Marketing Operations to drive measurable pipeline growth. This is an opportunity to have significant ownership over revenue outcomes, shape the company’s AI-enabled marketing model, and help build an emerging AWS partnership motion. Key Responsibilities Demand Generation Strategy Develop and execute the global demand generation plan aligned to pipeline and revenue goals. Own quarterly pipeline contribution targets and optimize performance by channel and program. Manage global advertising and digital aircover budgets and make data-driven investment decisions. Improve inbound quality, conversion rates, and cost per opportunity. Integrated Campaigns Own the global integrated campaign calendar and campaign strategy. Develop campaigns aligned to target audiences, buyer journey stages, KPIs, and pipeline objectives. Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning into effective demand programs. Own nurture strategy, testing, and optimization. Sales & Account Intelligence Manage and optimize the company’s propensity model for account and lead prioritization. Provide Sales and BDR teams with actionable account intelligence, including intent, technographic, and trigger-event signals. Measure the performance of marketing-supplied targeting and continuously improve account prioritization. Partner & AWS Strategy Build demand generation programs with key strategic partners. Develop and execute an AWS-focused demand strategy, including digital aircover, co-branded campaigns, and Marketplace-related opportunities. Evaluate partner performance and recommend where marketing investment should increase, decrease, or stop. Support content syndication and joint marketing initiatives. AI-Enabled Marketing Implement AI-assisted workflows across campaign development, audience modeling, account research, content adaptation, reporting, and pipeline analysis. Use AI and agentic workflows to increase campaign velocity and team productivity. Develop a shared AI workflow and prompt library. Establish appropriate AI governance, including human review, accuracy, privacy, and brand standards. Cross-Functional Leadership Lead demand generation initiatives through influence and strong stakeholder management. Establish clear campaign briefs, timelines, KPIs, and execution standards. Partner with Marketing Operations on reporting, dashboards, and performance measurement. Present demand generation performance and recommendations to Sales and executive leadership. What We’re Looking For 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing. Proven experience owning pipeline or revenue contribution targets. Strong background in integrated, multi-channel campaign strategy. Experience with ABM, intent data, propensity modeling, or sales intelligence. Strong analytical skills and experience managing marketing budgets. Experience partnering with Sales and executive leadership. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally without direct authority. Experience in technology, SaaS, cloud, or another complex B2B environment preferred. Hands-on experience using AI to improve marketing productivity and workflows. Excellent communication, project management, and strategic problem-solving skills. Success in This Role Within the first year, you will be expected to establish a predictable global demand engine, improve pipeline contribution and inbound quality, build a measurable partner/AWS channel, strengthen Sales targeting intelligence, and demonstrate meaningful productivity gains through AI-enabled marketing workflows. #LI-LB2 #J-18808-Ljbffr
