Looking for a Maintenance Technician who can fix a leaky faucet, battle a rebellious toilet, and occasionally save the day when someone's AC decides to retire. $17.00 to $19.00 hourly. Monday through Friday with day shift hours except for the occasional emergency such as lockouts or a burst water pipe.You'll be doing things like:General maintenancePlumbing repairsBasic electrical workHVAC troubleshootingOccasional emergency lockoutsPreventative maintenance and repairsYou must:Live within 15–20 minutes of Batesville, ArkansasHave a clean backgroundHave a clean driving recordBe dependable and able to work independentlyKnow your way around basic tools and repairsWeekends off (unless an emergency decides otherwise—because apparently pipes don't respect weekends).
