FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center in Coral Springs is hiring a full-time, on-site bilingual medical front desk coordinator. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, 1 hour lunch. Pay is $22–$25 per hour, depending on directly relevant experience. Medical insurance and paid time off are available.

You will be the first welcoming face our patients see, help check them in, answer calls, schedule visits across multiple clinicians, work in the electronic medical record system, verify insurance benefits, handle referrals and authorizations, collect copays, manage cancellations, and help fill schedule openings. This position requires attention to detail, organization, and excellent multi-tasking skills.

We require professional communication in English and Spanish and hands-on front desk experience in a medical, dental, therapy, or outpatient practice. Applicants without those pre-requisites will not be considered. Please describe the scheduling systems, insurance tasks, and patient-facing work you have done.

Required Skills

  Strong computer, phone, organization, and communication skills.
  High school diploma or equivalent.
  Authorized to work in the U.S.
