Schedule Monday – Friday Hours vary based on workload and business needs for the week Opportunity for overtime when available What You'll Do As a Warehouse Loader, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring products are accurately handled and loaded for shipment. Responsibilities include: Load trucks and sort packages according to company standards Verify and identify parts, materials, and damaged products Operate RF scanners for inventory and package tracking Use a manual pallet jack to move products throughout the warehouse Maintain a safe and organized work environment Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor What We're Looking For Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication skills in both team and one-on-one settings Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and 70 lbs. with assistance Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Monroe, NJ Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required Why Work with Adecco?
