Job Responsibilities:
- Open/close store
- Drive sales through knowledgeable, friendly customer service and sustainable product education
- Build relationships with clients through environmental discussion, mutual cause, and genuine care
- Help customers understand and choose natural products across herbal wellness, home care, personal care, gardening, art supplies, yoga, and more
- Maintain store organization and merchandising standards
- Restock and maintain displays
- Learn and use the store’s product knowledge database
- Support workshops, events, and seasonal displays when needed
Qualifications / Skills:
- Interest in herbalism, sustainability, or natural products
- Enjoys talking with customers and sharing knowledge
- Curious and eager to learn about sustainable living
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable working independently in a small boutique environment
Education & Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- College education in environmental science or sustainability preferred but not required
- Industry and supervisory experience a plus
