Job Summary
The Equipment Operators play an important role in delivering safe, efficient, and reliable Production Services (PSD) to customers. In this position, you will work alongside field and maintenance crews to prepare equipment, support field operations, maintain safety standards, and ensure job requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Job Description
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed on schedule.
- Participate in pre-job meetings and toolbox talks with crew members.
- Maintain equipment in safe working condition and report any problems or deviations from established standards.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain current safety training.
- Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down operations.
- Operate equipment according to your training, competency level, and job requirements.
- Work collaboratively with field personnel and maintenance crews to support safe and efficient operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Skills Required
- CDL preferred but not required.
- 0 - 3 years of related experience; training will be provided.
- Ability to follow safety procedures, work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate professional behavior.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule and respond to assignments as needed.
- Availability for a 24/7 on-call position.
- Willingness to travel, including potential out-of-state assignments.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must successfully complete applicable drug and alcohol screening and background checks.
Education
- High school diploma or GED
Additional Requirements
- Sh ift: This is a 24/7 on-call position. Candidates must be flexible and available to respond to work assignments as needed.
- Schedule: 15 days on / 6 days off rotation.
Pay Rate
- $20 - $24 pe r hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
