Copy Editor NeededAbout us:HQ was established in November 2007 under the approval of People's Daily and the State Council Information Office, with investments from both People.com.cn and Global Times. HQ has developed in parallel with Global Times. We form the core of the earliest team reporting from abroad, with special correspondents of diplomatic missions in over 150 countries and territories, reporting news from all over the world in Chinese and English languages, fast and accurately. Our many years of experiences and hard work to provide international information makes us the first international news source among Chinese audience, international observers, political analysts, foreign business men and women, overseas travelers and students in China. Our audience has made HQ what it is today and we will continue, stronger and more powerful than ever, to meet the highest challenges and expectations the future has to offer.Responsibilities A Copy editing news stories written by Chinese staffs; B Work closely and supportively with Chinese editors and translators; C Rewrite posts for social media and edit content and check facts; D Provide training to Chinese colleagues on writing news in English;Office: the South Second Ring Road, Xi’an, China.Best regardsHR
