As an Insurance Sales Representativ e, you'll help customers protect what matters most by recommending the right insurance solutions while building lasting relationships. You'll sell new policies, support existing customers, and provide guidance through every stage of the insurance process using phone, email, text, and in-person conversations. • $57,000 base salary plus bonuses and performance incentives

Responsibilities

• Sell auto, home, life, and business insurance
• Service existing customer policies
• Answer billing and coverage questions
• Assist customers with claims reporting
• Recommend additional coverage based on customer needs
• Communicate by phone, email, text, and in person

Requirements

• Property and Casualty license required
• High school diploma required
• Life license a bonus
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Sales and negotiation abilities
• Excellent time management and organization
• Honest, resilient, and self-motivated
