Step into a dynamic school environment near Minneapolis, MN, where you’ll make a real impact as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. You will work alongside dedicated educators, helping students unlock their full potential through individualized speech and language services. Two positions are available: one part-time at an elementary school and one full-time at middle schools, both serving diverse student populations ranging from 30 to 45 children on your caseload.

You’ll have ample opportunities to collaborate within a supportive team and engage with a vibrant school community, all while following a consistent weekly schedule. Your expertise will directly empower students to communicate confidently in their academic and everyday lives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Tier 3 or Tier 4 SLP license with the SLP School license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in school-based settings supporting grades K–8 preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt therapy activities for diverse learners
• Effective communicator with staff, students, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 30–45 students, creating and implementing IEPs
• Provide direct speech and language therapy individually and in groups
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate on student progress
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Consult and partner with teachers and caregivers to promote student success

This contract position offers a structured school calendar—starting September 8, 2026 and concluding on June 10, 2027—working 37.5 hours per week.
