Our client is seeking a Vice President of Sales - Head of New Account Acquisition (The "Apex Hunter"). Focus areas: Data, Analytics, & Generative AI Solutions

Most sales leaders are stuck selling legacy solutions & services. Our client is at the epicenter of the most significant shift in the AI era. They are not a generalist shop, but a specialized powerhouse that architects the Data & AI foundations for the world’s most ambitious enterprises. They are looking for a high-octane growth visionary for the VP of Sales position - someone who doesn't just manage a pipeline but builds a market legacy.

1. Spearhead the Conquest (New Logo Acquisition)

The Hunt: Be the lead spear, identifying and crushing high-value enterprise accounts. You don't just "open doors”, you blow them off the hinges. Industry Mastery: Define craft the winning playbook for our core hunting grounds: Financial Services, Health Sciences, and Retail & CPG.

C-Suite Influence: You are expected to command the room with CDOs, CIOs, and CTOs, translating complex AI capabilities into high-impact business outcomes.

2. Build an Elite Sales Machine (Leadership)

Lead a Pack of Go-getters: You won’t just manage; you will inspire, coach, and mobilize a team of elite "Hunters." You’ll instill a "refuse-to-lose" culture and provide the strategy to back it up.

High-Velocity Growth: Own the sales lifecycle, ensuring your team maintains a blistering pace and consistently shatters quarterly and annual targets.

3. Architect the Brand (Positioning)

The Face of Innovation: Position the company as the premier niche authority in Data & AI, ensuring our name is synonymous with cutting-edge excellence.

Strategic Partnerships: Bridge the gap between "The Sale" and "The Success," ensuring every new win turns into a long-term, high-value partnership.

Requirements
  • You’re a Proven Winner: You have 12+ years of enterprise sales dominance in Data, AI, or Digital Consulting.
  • You’re a Talent Magnet: High performers follow you because you win, you lead with energy, and you build a culture of high reward.
  • You Have the Connections: You already have the network of contacts and the credibility to move the needle from the get-go.
  • You’re AI-Fluent: You can talk shop about AI, Data Management, and Analytics without breaking a sweat.
