Call Center Customer Support Representative - Small Engines Location: West Columbus
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (Overtime as needed)

This role handles warranty inquiries, technical support, and parts orders related to small engines and generators. - Provide superior customer service via inbound calls
- Answer customer questions regarding repair, service, and troubleshooting
- Identify parts using diagrams, breakdowns, or customer descriptions
- Learn and resolve customer issues related to small engines and generators
- Process warranty claims and customer orders accurately
- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Recent call center experience within the last year (required)
- Customer service experience
- Small engine or automotive experience
- Electrical background is a plus
- Consistent and stable work history
- Ability to learn and retain product knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Competitive pay based on experience
