The Impact You’ll Make Architectural & Civil Engineering Excellence: Take the helm of primary architectural and secondary engineering projects, steering them from initial concept to ribbon-cutting. Strategic Leadership: You won’t just manage timelines; you’ll manage relationships. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their goals are met with precision. Business Intelligence: Partner with senior leadership to identify new opportunities. You’ll use your "Diagnostic-First" mindset to spot organizational needs and turn them into project roadmaps. The Hub of Communication: Acting as the central nervous system for our project teams, you’ll ensure seamless collaboration across multiple offices and diverse disciplines. What You Bring to the Table The Experience: 8-10+ years of proven success in project management, specifically within the A/E/C industry. The Credentials: A Bachelor’s degree is required; if you have an MBA or advanced certifications (PMP, LEED, or similar), that’s a major plus. The Tech‑Savvy: You’re comfortable with modern project management tools and know how to use data to drive decisions.
