Production Associate

Production Associate- Pay up to $23.61/hr- IN.

Location: Franklin, IN

Pay: $22.11/hr- $23.61/hr

Shift: 1st shift- 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (2/2/3 rotating schedule)

3rd shift- 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM (2/2/3 rotating schedule)

Key Responsibilities

• Load raw materials into automated production equipment.
• Monitor production lines and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Perform quality inspections and document production data.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report concerns as needed.
• Read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes after training.
• Package, label, and move finished products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Comfortable working at heights and using stairs or lift equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English work instructions.
• Strong attendance record and stable work history.
• Willingness to be trained on forklifts and other equipment.

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing or production experience.
• Warehouse, construction, or general labor experience.
• Machine operation experience.
• Quality inspection experience.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Forklift experience (not required).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, IN.

The pay range for this position is $22.11 - $23.61/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
