About the Role

The Company is in search of a Professor and Chair for its Department of Family Medicine and Community Health. The successful candidate will be a nationally recognized academic physician leader, responsible for providing strategic leadership in the department's clinical, educational, and research missions. This role also involves serving as the Family Medicine Clinical Service Unit Leader. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and visionary academic leader with a proven track record in leading complex clinical and academic enterprises, building multidisciplinary partnerships, advancing research and innovation, and mentoring faculty and trainees. A strong background in family medicine, including an MD or DO degree, board certification in family medicine, and eligibility for medical licensure in Minnesota, is required.
