On-Site Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist

Bedrock Property Management is hiring a Compliance Field Specialist to provide on-site affordable housing compliance support across our portfolio. This role requires frequent travel (75%+), performing annual/interim recertifications, documenting income/assets, and ensuring adherence to LIHTC, HUD, HOME, Rural Development, and related programs. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in affordable housing compliance, strong communication skills, and certification in COS/HCCP/SHCM. #J-18808-Ljbffr Elmington
