Account Associate
As an Account Associate for Blake Williams - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database, Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries, Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status, Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Excellent customer service and communication skills, Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Abilene, TX.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
