Customer Service Representative

Our client is looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to their clients. In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through various communication channels. The ideal candidate is empathetic, solution-oriented, and enjoys helping others.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat  
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally  
• Provide product or service information as needed  
• Document interactions and transactions accurately  
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience

Qualifications:  

• High school diploma or equivalent  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
• Ability to problem-solve and think quickly  
• Customer-focused attitude  
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
