Senior Account Manager (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities Support the Manager in driving annual revenue growth by developing and executing strategic account growth plans focused on expanding existing customer relationships Manage and grow key customer accounts by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and long-term partnership opportunities to increase account value and retention Serve as a primary point of contact for existing customers, building strong relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness Coordinate daily sales and account management activities, providing guidance and support to the sales team to ensure consistent customer engagement and follow-through Monitor account performance metrics, customer trends, and sales activity to identify opportunities for expansion and recommend strategies to improve results Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and trade events to strengthen relationships and uncover new growth opportunities within existing accounts Collaborate cross-functionally to stay informed on product updates, customer needs, and market trends to ensure alignment and maximize account growth potential Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of B2B sales experience, within manufacturing, powersports, automotive, or a related industry Experience working with Tier 1 suppliers and/or OEM customers Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Results-driven mindset with the ability to support sales strategy and execution Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and collaborate effectively across teams #J-18808-Ljbffr CORPORATE RESOURCES OF IL LTD
