Bright Imaginations Preschools is seeking a passionate and dedicated Two-Year Old Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant team in Lakeland, FL. In this role, you will foster a nurturing and stimulating environment for our youngest learners, encouraging their growth and development through play-based learning. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of two-year-old children.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess children’s developmental milestones and learning progress.
- Facilitate interactive and educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and daily activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and age-appropriate.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the overall preschool experience.
- Attend professional development workshops and training sessions as required.
- Experience Potty Training Toddlers
- Experience working with toddlers in a preschool or childcare setting
- Strong communication skills and a positive, nurturing demeanor.
- Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.
- Background check clearance and references required.
