Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Working At Freudenberg: We Will Wow Your World!Responsibilities:Provide information to lead operators for orders to be filled and shipped also provide status of incoming shipments to production / maintenance / purchasing personnel.Provide all accurate documents for shipping and receiving procedures.Coordinate all incoming shipments, verify accuracy, receive it in the computer system accordingly and communicate receipt to appropriate personnel.Responsible for entering accurate data in ERP system used for daily/weekly/monthly reports and reconciliation.Obtain freight quotes from carriers (domestic) and brokers/steamship companies for export.Qualifications:High school degree is required.Associate's degree in a related field preferred.Warehouse or logistics experience required.Good communication and leadership skills required.Prior experience in an administrative role within a shipping/receiving/logistics department is strongly preferred.$55,000 USDThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
