Behavioral Technician Overview

Join our team as an ABA Counselor where you'll play a vital role in providing educational instruction to students within a structured classroom environment. You'll assist in developing teaching plans tailored to the needs of children and adolescents with emotional, developmental, and/or behavioral challenges. Make a difference in the lives of students and contribute to their academic and personal development as well as your own.

Behavioral Technician Schedule and Salary Information

$28-$31/hour
Monday to Friday schedule 8-4:30pm

Behavioral Technician Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Service Field, or Psychology

Valid US driver's license and minimum age of 21

Strong interpersonal and teaching skills

Experience or interest in Applied Behavior Analysis and special education preferred

Behavioral Technician Responsibilities

Provide educational instruction to students in a structured classroom environment

Assist in developing and implementing teaching plans tailored to individual student needs

Implement behavior management and clinical protocols effectively

Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support student growth and development
