Junior Commercial Real Estate Associate

Friedlander Misler, PLLC has an immediate opening for an attorney with 1-5 years’ substantive real estate transactional experience. The candidate should be interested in a broad exposure to commercial real estate matters including drafting and negotiating complex documents relating to commercial leasing (landlord and tenant), acquisition and disposition of properties, and financing/loan transactions (representing lenders and borrowers).Experience coordinating due diligence (including title and survey) and closings is a plus.
