Three separate openings await, each offering dynamic caseloads and support.

In these roles, you'll make a direct impact at schools serving students from preschool through middle school, with two positions in elementary environments and one across intermediate and elementary levels. You'll work closely with educational teams and have discussions about Speech-Language Assistant (SLA) support to help meet students’ needs. The daily schedule offers seven work hours with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and some flexibility.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
• Valid state licensure for school-based SLP practice
• Experience in elementary and/or middle school settings is an asset
• Comfortable managing caseloads of 70–100 students
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Open to travelers; preference for candidates ready to serve school-aged populations
• SLPA supervision/discussion depending on caseload and licensure eligibility

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy for assigned caseloads
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored IEP goals
• Collaborate with other professionals, staff, and families
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes
• Adapt therapy delivery to individual, group, and classroom settings
• Participate in school-based meetings and interventions
