• 2 days per month on non-consecutive weeks
• 15 patients per day in clinic
• Other work setting
• General ENT outpatient surgery required
• Coverage for ENT startup after several years without service
• Adult and pediatric general ENT
• 1 day OR and 1 day clinic format
• No call responsibilities
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
