Recruitment Specialist

HTG is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time salaried position with high commissions and bonuses , offering excellent earning potential. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our recruiting team and will have the opportunity to grow into a Recruiter role—or even transition into sales —as they gain experience and demonstrate success. Key Responsibilities: Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling Communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases Support job postings and social media recruiting efforts Help coordinate onboarding paperwork and processes for new hires Collaborate with recruiters and sales team members to meet client staffing needs What We’re Looking For: Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a drive to learn and grow Ability to build relationships and provide excellent candidate experience Previous recruiting or staffing experience is a plus but not required Interest in career advancement into recruiting or sales Why Join HTG?
