About This Role The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Ambulatory Clinic Practice for Fertility provides comprehensive patient care using the nursing process. This role is ideal for nurses who excel in collaboration and patient education. Highlights Location: New York, NY Schedule: Per Diem What You’ll Do Conduct patient interviews and assess health status across various systems. Communicate and document patient’s physiologic and psychosocial health status. Develop individualized patient outcome statements and goals. Coordinate care activities and document the plan of care. Implement the plan of care and ensure safety precautions are followed. Evaluate care effectiveness and perform variance analysis for performance improvement. Collaborate with care team members and provide direction as needed. Administer medications safely and educate patients on drug interactions. Participate in patient and family education and discharge planning. Perform related duties as required.
