Whether your journey with us lasts two days or two years, we value your contribution.What You'll Do as a Production Machine Operator:Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of automotive components and parts.Work well both independently and as a team player to meet daily production goals.Follow work orders and instructions. Finish or assemble automotive parts with your hands, sandpaper, and hand tools.Inspect parts to ensure they meet the required standards.Package products with appropriate packaging materials.Other duties as assignedSkills and ExperiencePrior experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, Assembly, or Production, or have none but are eager to learn new skills. You'll be trained either way!A positive attitude, initiative, dependability, and punctuality will help you succeed.Goal-oriented and able to work with or around fiberglassAbility to work overtime hoursAbility to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, or repetitively carry up to 50 lbs.
