Deburr I Location: Fort Worth, TX Pay: $22.50/hr + $1.00 Shift Differential = $23.50/hr Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM Overtime: Mandatory: Fridays (same shift) Voluntary: Saturdays, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Position Overview This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to get your foot in the door with a well-established manufacturing company. We're looking for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with their hands and take pride in producing quality work. Primary Responsibilities Deburr, buff, and polish machined metal components Remove sharp edges and imperfections using hand tools and grinders Inspect parts for defects and quality standards Clean and finish metal surfaces Utilize files, abrasive stones, polishing compounds, and other finishing tools Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all quality and safety procedures Qualifications Mechanically inclined with the ability to use hand tools Comfortable working with metal parts in a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as needed Willingness to work the required overtime schedule Background check and drug screen required Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish)
