Marketing Referral Specialist
Job Summary:
BrightCare HomeCare is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Marketing Referral Specialist to join our team in Lafayette, Louisiana. As a Marketing Referral Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting our home care services to potential clients, healthcare professionals, and community organizations. Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive referrals for BrightCare HomeCare services
* Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and potential clients to promote our home care services
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the home care industry
* Develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns to reach diverse audiences, including social media, email marketing, and event planning
* Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track campaign effectiveness and inform future marketing decisions
* Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and sales, to ensure seamless communication and implementation of marketing initiatives
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in marketing and home care
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, referral generation, or a related field
* Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing campaigns
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with marketing automation software and CRM systems
