Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Helper to join our team. This role involves machine loading, cleaning machines, moving carts on wheels, and assisting in the shop where needed. The position requires the use of small tools with no heavy lifting involved.

Responsibilities

• Load machines efficiently and safely.

• Maintain cleanliness of machines to ensure smooth operations.

• Move carts on wheels as required within the shop.

• Utilize small tools for various tasks without heavy lifting.

• Assist in various shop operations as needed.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 6 months experience in production or warehouse settings.

• Proficiency in English.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable standing during an 8-hour shift.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment

The position is for the 1st shift, running from 6 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime. The company has a friendly and familial atmosphere, where employees work well together, contributing to a positive and productive workplace.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vista, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
