Description

Caring Hearts of Georgia Health Services is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our clients and caregivers in the home care setting.

The LPN will help ensure that clients receive safe, high-quality care by completing supervisory visits, assessing client needs, communicating changes in condition, and providing guidance to personal care aides and certified nursing assistants.

Requirements

Current and unrestricted Georgia LPN license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and travel to client homes
Home care, long-term care, geriatric, or private-duty experience preferred
